Abilities Without Boundaries (AWB) offers competitive employment to clients capable of doing work alone. These individuals perform a job with initial training from a job coach who empowers the client to eventually work on their own. Though the job coach maintains contact and follow-up services, the client individually performs the job. Wages paid for these individual positions are provided by the employers and are usually at or above minimum wage.
