Charlie Conway – Executive Director
Charlie comes to us with 12 years of experience in the non-profit industry. Prior to Abilities Without Boundaries, he was Executive Director of Fairfield County Safe Kids. Charlie is committed to providing a rich array of programming and opportunities for our clients.

Sharon Coyner, CPA - Business Manager
Sharon came to Abilities Without Boundaries in the Spring of 2012.  She comes to us with experience in the financial field; she previously worked as the Financial Assistant for the Centering Healthcare Institute, Inc. in Cheshire.  She also runs her own tax practice.  She is very excited about becoming involved in all that Abilities Without Boundaries does.

Charlie Monti – Job Developer
Charlie has been working at Abilities Without Boundaries since 2004. Charlie’s wealth of experience comes from his employment for the State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services at Southbury Training School. As Job Developer, Charlie is heavily involved in the community and is always looking for various opportunities that our clients can take part in.

Barbara Moshier – Program Supervisor
Barbara began working for Abilities Without Boundaries in 1997 as a substitute Program Instructor and was promoted to Program Supervisor in 2001. Barbara's inspiration to enter this field came from her brother who has Down Syndrome.

Nancy Knapp - Administrative Assistant

Andrea Ober – Assistant Director of Operations
Andrea began working for our organization in July of 2001 as a Program Instructor and was the Case Manager from 2007 until 2011 at which time she was promoted to Assistant Director of Operations.  She earned a BS in psychology and interned here, at Abilities Without Boundaries, while in college. Growing up with an uncle who has Down Syndrome inspired her to enter this field.

Jessica Pulk - Case Manager
Jessica started working at Abilities Without Boundaries in September 2010 as a Program Instructor.  She quickly worked her way into the position of Case Manager which she has held since November 2011.  She comes to us with experience in the field from a former agency. 

Lisa Rosario – Program Supervisor
Lisa began working at Abilities Without Boundaries in 1991 as a Program Instructor. Because of her experience, she has a vast amount of knowledge in the field of developmental disabilities. Being here for more than 20 years, Lisa has been a part of numerous milestones for this organization and looks forward to many more.

Kathleen Tolli – Director of Operations
Kathleen has been involved in this field for more than 20 years. After managing group homes and various day programs in New York, Florida, and elsewhere in Connecticut, she came to Abilities Without Boundaries in 2001. Kathleen oversees the day program and employment services that our organization offers.

Ashley Yalof – Marketing Director
Ashley came to Abilities Without Boundaries in 2010. She holds a BA in Communication from the University of Connecticut and has prior experience with fundraising for non-profits.  Ashley is committed to creating many new and exciting marketing opportunities for Abilities Without Boundaries.
