Abilities Without Boundaries offers Individual Supported Employment to clients capable of doing work alone. These individuals perform a job with initial training from a Job Coach who gradually fades away from the job site. Though the Job Coach maintains contact and follow-up services, the client is individually performing the job. Wages paid for this position are by the employers and are usually at or above minimum wage.
